Personal Alchemy Series 4: Earth

Welcome to another part of the white phase in alchemy with the element of Earth. I will lead us in a talk about the 4th step of in the Alchemical process. We will do an Earth ritual to help us personally integrate the spiritual benefits of feeling grounded and solid with our intentions. Then Eartha Goodwin will lead us into a breathwork exercise before I perform a live improvised ambient electronic/acoustic sound bath for a deep restful and meditative experience in my studio or in your personal space with zoom call.
