TQNC Queer Advocacy Virtual Working Session

Join us virtually to engage in advocacy on queer issues prioritized by the group, including housing, transportation, healthcare, and queer youth. All experience levels are welcome! This will be a virtual meeting! Virtual Link: https://meet.google.com/bbt-dhzh-bjd — — The Queer Neighborhood Council is a Boston Metro-wide civic and community organizing group, fostering visibility, access, and advocacy for Boston’s LGBTQIA+ and ally community. TQNC hosts queer civic and community events where we can safely exist as our whole selves across four pillars: Queer Advocacy, Queer Community Arts, Queer Community Spaces, and Queer Policy Roundtables with elected officials and policy experts. TQNC also assists with support services for queer community members facing threats to their basic physical and mental health, including housing instability and housing discrimination, lack of access to healthcare, and inadequate local community spaces and other resources.
