Welcome to LIV Fest, an event organized by L.I.V. (Life Is Valuable) - a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing resources to schools and communities that help cultivate creative expression, collaboration and entrepreneurship in a way that promotes positivity, balance, health, and happiness within everyone's lives. The event will be held at Haus On Market, in Petersburg, VA on May 20th from 12p-4p. This event is sponsored by Culture Works. LIV Fest will give young artists an opportunity to connect with the Petersburg arts community in a tangible way. Without creating spaces like this, students may never have the chance to connect with mentors in the industries they're interested in or get involved with the Richmond and Tri-Cities' arts community. This will be an immersive, hands-on experience. Even if you're not an artist, manager, or fan, please choose a role and come up with a fictitious name to participate in all activities. A&R - Photo Studio: Get your EPK picture taken by a Professional Photographer - Production: Cook up beats with an experienced industry producer - Digital Art Station: Create a cover art for your next project or single with AI and design your next merch drop with experienced digital artists. Print your photos or cover art and hang in the backyard! - Recording Room: Record on any of our LIV producers' beats - Stage: Guest performances by Monea, Vibe, DJ Cease on the 1s and 2s, and guest panel. - Live Art featuring Ben FM, Vicky Becker (Community Quilt), and more TBA - LIV Art Gallery - Guest Workshop - Walter Montesinos (Distrokid) - What is Artist Management?
