Let's meet at Dolores Park grass near the 18th St tennis courts & bathrooms. 

Bring: yoga mat, blanket, water, yoga blocks (optional). The grass might be wet, consider bringing a picnic blanket.

Sliding Scale $20-$55. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Plant medicines are welcome to help you feel more in your body, however I will not have designated time during the event for consumption. Feel free to come before the event or consume privately.
