L.A. City Councilmember Eunisses Hernandez presents the 4th annual Música y Poemas, a free, family-friendly festival celebrating culture, art and community in Highland Park.
Catch live music and poetry across two stages. The main stage features Xipe Totec Los Angeles, Mariachi Colibri, Ballet Alegría, Fama Norteña, a poetry hour, Plenazo Tribe and Reverie. The kids stage has James and Joy, a live magician show, Drag Story Time and an interactive puppet activity. Around the festival, you'll find a vendor village, classic cars, inflatable obstacle courses for kids and custom screen-printing stations with free swag. There's also a community resource fair with 20+ local organizations, including Children's Hospital Los Angeles, the L.A. Zoo, Metro and North East Trees. Skip the parking and take the Metro A Line to Highland Park Station!
