It’s All Greek to Me is taking JJC on a Mediterranean escape filled with brilliant blue seas, whitewashed villages, ancient ruins, and the timeless beauty of Greece.
Inspired by the colors, history, art, and culture of the Greek islands, this theme brings together everything from dreamy Santorini summers to the ancient world. Think crisp whites and cobalt blues, Greek key patterns, tiled streets, olive branches, lemons, pottery, columns, statues, evil eyes, seaside cafés, ancient architecture, and touches of Greek mythology woven throughout.
We’ll be gathering at Park Forest Library for an evening of journaling, creativity, and a little getaway to the Mediterranean — no passport required. Whether your inspiration comes from a summer spent island hopping, ancient Greek mythology, beautiful architecture, or simply that unmistakable blue-and-white aesthetic, there are endless ways to bring Greece into your pages.
We’ll have themed scrap packs filled with Greek-inspired ephemera, Mediterranean patterns, ancient art and architecture, coastal details, and thoughtfully curated embellishments designed to transport your journal straight to the Aegean.
Bring your favorite supplies, settle in with friends, and join us for an evening of creating where even if It’s All Greek to Me, your journal pages will speak for themselves.
