ABOUT THE HOST
The happy hour is hosted by Bec Bliss. She is the Head of Talent at Fonzi.ai (Lightspeed port co with $24 million in funding), a curated talent marketplace built to help companies hire top elite engineers. Previously, Bec founded BKB Talent a speciality technical recruiting firm that was acquired in 2025. She has hiring engineering teams at Datadog, Ro, Prepared, Oscar Healthcare, SevenRooms, and ForeRunner to name a few.
