We start coming in around 7:30 AM to do few exercises and stretches.
Talking about Travel Plans and Daily Routines for Health. I would be happy to provide information about the simple Wellness Challenge that changed my life. Accountability group on FB was created to support individuals on their health and longevity journey, with additional focus on business and leveraging Ai Automation, Operational Excellence and treating partners and employees, subcontractors with respect. Business owners can use "Business and Life Skills Academy, Business Incubator and Business Accelerator" to train, develop events and onboarding process and create great culture and accountability for staff and service providers.
8:00 AM to 8:15 arrivals and short networking, greetings.
8:20 AM - groups formed and we go. It is up to you for how long and the pace.
If you are biking or bringing your family and kids, please be responsible for them and plan your day appropriately.
Note: sometimes when it is raining the day before, track might be muddy or wet - wear appropriate shoes.
This is not the best place for strollers or wheelchairs.
We cancel only for Severe Storms for the safety of the participants.
