An evening of talks and panel discussions with four leaders from our portfolio building across early-stage AI and deep tech. Useful if you're a researcher or PhD/postdoc weighing what's possible beyond academia, an engineer or operator thinking about whether to build something, or an investor tracking what's next. Speakers: • AI for the immune system — Vijay Vaswani, Co-founder & CEO, Omniscope • Embodied AI and robotics — Xavier Chi, Co-founder, Mbodi • 3D chips on 2D materials — Sanghoon Bae, Co-founder & Co-CEO, FS2 • Space domain awareness and orbital data — Axel Garcia, Technical Director, Turion Space Representing different backgrounds — former MIT PhDs/postdocs, Google engineers, commercial leaders in biotech — what they share is years of deep work in their domains before starting a company. Agenda: Each founder gives a 10-minute talk followed by 5 minutes of Q&A, covering their work, their founder journey, and open roles on their teams. Two panel discussions follow. All four companies are actively hiring. If working on hard problems alongside founders sounds better than starting your own, come meet the teams. About FoundersX Ventures: FoundersX backs seed and Series A founders building at the intersection of AI and hard science. We invest early in technical teams, often spun out of top research labs, and stay close from day one. Portfolio companies include SpaceX, Turion Space, Universal Quantum, and 10+ others now valued over $1B. Offices in Menlo Park, Cambridge, and New York City. More at foundersx.com. Coffee, tea, and light refreshments served. On-site garage parking. First 50 guests get discounts (claim at the registration table)--arrive early. Space is limited.
