We’re excited to celebrate the season of growth and renewal with this practice hosted by Salam and Estefania, the owners of HudHaüs. As local community leaders and long-time friends, Salam and Estefania have spent years cultivating inclusive, cannabis-forward wellness events and programming. Their dedication has helped destigmatize cannabis use, creating a space where well-being, healing, and community thrive together.
After years of practicing yoga and movement together in Hoboken, Salam and Estefania are thrilled to collaborate with ButACake.
This session is all about connecting with yourself, rejuvenating your body, and embracing the energy of the spring season.
All are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, this class is open to everyone. Come flow, stretch, and breathe as we set intentions for growth and wellness in the new season.
