I am responsible for my own well-being and agree to participate at my own risk. I release Mutha’s House, its organizers, facilitators, and property owners from any liability for injuries, accidents, or emotional distress that may occur before, during, or after participation.  I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this release.
