Interested in going to the DC Family Bike Fest from Ward 1 but not sure how to get there? Just want to go together in a group? Let's meet up at the Trolley Park at the top of 11th St and ride over together! The tentative route to Tanner Park (https://ridewithgps.com/routes/57132087?privacy_code=bcNebWwvDkRQqlN59omZIMdc3SrQmmRn&via=zcjxcUCOE9yBPFWGIho8hQ) is about 3 miles, mostly downhill. We'll expect to get there by 10:30, and then the run begins: Family Bike Fest itself runs until 2pm. DC Family Bike Fest is for kids on bikes, families who bike, and folks who are bike curious. Connect with others, meet local shops and orgs, check out lots of different bikes and setups, and have fun together! Featuring neighborhood bike rides, Kids Bike Parade, library storytime, learn to ride workshop, demos, test rides, gear swap, BIG raffle prizes, food trucks and lots more.
