Join NYC founders and GTM leaders for a practical workshop on GTM in the age of AI: what actually drives revenue, where AI creates leverage, and what still needs strong people, clear strategy, and sharp execution.
AI can make strong systems stronger. It will not fix unclear positioning, weak ICPs, disconnected sales and marketing, or teams that are not built to execute.
This session is for leaders who want to pressure-test their GTM motion, understand where AI can help, and think more clearly about the people, partners, and trust signals needed to support growth.
We’ll work through questions like:

Kate will lead a GTM readiness workshop based on 42DM’s benchmark of 100 AI companies and 100+ marketing signals. Her session will focus on what to validate before scaling GTM, why trust gates pipeline, which signals matter by company stage, and how to spot gaps in your own trust foundation.
Ioanna Onasi, Dextego
Ioanna will lead an AI coaching exercise on how sales teams can use AI to improve discovery prep, buyer understanding, coaching, and sales conversation quality.
Tijana Buric, Career Alchemist
Tijana will lead a workshop on human skills and team compatibility, with a focus on the people dynamics that shape GTM execution and help teams work better together.
