For the last 4 years, Chefs Nana, Deb and Lana have teamed up together in Brooklyn, to bring the heat on the grills from West Africa to the Caribbean and the American South with an incredible menu for the culture. With each year getting bigger and better, our community pulls up to fellowship and celebrate the freedom and perseverance of those who came before us. We outside with it on the grills, feeding the people and giving back.
Most recently, Ms. Jean is a Sous Chef at the newly-opened Printemps New York under
Chef Gregory Gourdet, Ms. Wilmot has been featured in The Contemporary African Kitchen cookbook, curated by Alexander Smalls, and Ms. Lagomarsini is a contestant on this Season of Bravo’s “Top Chef: Destination Canada”.
All three women have a passion for sharing the foods of their cultures and the African Diaspora as a whole.
