70-75 degrees. No humidity. KettleBooty is the ass-kicking you’ve been waiting for. This member favorite utilizes heavy kettlebells and various equipment to achieve one common goal: Booty Gains. KettleBooty is a flow-based, lower body dominant workout focusing on the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Your hot new bottom will have you feeling on top.
CLASS EQUIPMENT: Kettlebells (heavy and light), Resistance Bands, Slam Ball, Core Pad (teacher's discretion). Mat required for class.
SAN FRANCISCO Parking- Pro tips for parking:
- Bart- Embarcadero Stop is only a few blocks away (10 Min Walk)
- Street Parking can be found on Beale or Folsom
- Parking Garages: 400/500 Howard (most inexpensive- entrance on Natoma), Orrick Building Parking Garage, Jasper Parking Garage, and 375 Beale St.
When to Arrive: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can get you all set up and ready for class - we will not be able to allow late arrivals into class. So please be in class and ready to go before the class starts.
What to Bring: Yourself, a mat, and a Water/Water bottle. We have mats to rent for a small fee.
