Coming off the spark of August’s fire & water resilience gathering, we’re rolling up our sleeves again for food, community, and practical skillsharing! 🌱 September theme: “Community Food Resilience, Edible Landscaping & Land Back Agriculture” 🌱 Featured Presentation: Stewarding foodscapes creates inviting spaces for growing together and building local networks. Let’s talk about foodscapes Sept 8th! Rob Bennaton will present on Edible Landscaping—the safe use of food plants in landscapes for beautification, consumption, and meeting sustainability goals. Learn how tending shared foodscapes can grow resilience and connection in the East Bay. Guiding Questions: -What does real food security look like for the East Bay—beyond prepping or foraging? -How can we support Indigenous leadership & land/food sovereignty in our neighborhoods? -What projects & partnerships can we all plug into? -How can this group become a true guild? Want to contribute? Lead a mini-skillshare, present a project, bring seeds/plants/produce, or share land back resources/visions—let us know!
