I’m hosting bi-weekly-ish free workouts at the east side of Saratoga park. The big lawn area closer to Saratoga Ave.

- Complete Beginner friendly
- All ages / genders / fitness-level friendly
- 30min
- Not a cardio class. We will be learning about and doing resistance training using your bodyweight and some light weights if you want to bring them
- Bring: water, towel, a blanket or yoga mat, a pair of 1-5lbs objects (optional. Ex: canned food, water bottles, etc.), fabric resistance bands if you have them (bring few to share with others if you have a set!)
