Some of our first ever guests turned favorite regulars are taking over Charis! Tuesday August, 11 from 5pm - 9pm Madang will bring their thought provoking, delicious, and just darn fun approach to cocktails to our little Bridgeport home. What is Madang? Madang is a Korean-American café and cocktail concept by Simon Yun and Michelle Lee. In Korean, “madang” means courtyard — a gathering place for food, drinks, and shared memory. Embracing this ethos they transform familiar flavors like kimchi, honeydew, and goguma into intentional, balanced drinks inspired by Korean and Asian American dishes.
