We will be incorporating deep breath work, a calming ceremonial meditation that offers practical tools to help ease anxiety, lift mood, improve sleep routines, and restore gentle energy. What to Expect: * Brief welcome, grounding, and intention‑setting * Deep Somatic Breath Work and gentle movement to settle the body * 60 minutes sound bath with Alchemy crystal bowls, light vocal toning *Reiki Energy Healing *Soft return, short integration prompts, and simple take‑home practices *Removing the obstacles of clothing and materials for full potential of energy entering our bodies * Complimentary Herbal Tea and Fruits Who This Is For: Anyone experiencing stress, low mood, disrupted sleep, or fatigue seeking complementary, non‑diagnostic support.
