After months of dreaming, planning, and carefully bringing together a group of artists, I’m so excited to finally share our first-ever group exhibition, Through Life, curated by Vimary.
Life is made of chapters some gentle, some painful, some unexpected. Chapters of love, heartbreak, grief, happiness, change, and becoming. And sometimes, it takes being given a second chance to truly understand how precious each one is.
Through Life brings together a collection of NYC artists working across different mediums, each offering their own language for the experiences we all carry. Through clay, paint, fiber, mixed media, and more, these artists transform feelings into textures, memories into forms, and experiences into something we can hold, see, and feel.
The artist behind Through Life a collection of different voices, mediums, stories, and perspectives coming together under one roof. Each artist invites you into a small piece of their world and the chapters that have shaped them.
We’re especially grateful to gather at Uptown Clay, a space built around community, creativity, and the belief that there is always room for something new. For Vimarics, this exhibition carries an especially personal meaning: it marks a return to creating and a new beginning after a life changing surgery.
A second chance.
