A beginner-friendly Pole class for the gays, theys and every kind of queer in between! In this hour and fifteen minute introductory class we will cover basic skills- sitting, climbing, spinning, floor work- as well as how to look and feel sexy as you strut your stuff around the pole. We'll start with a fun warm-up, learn some tricks and skills, and end with some yes-homo gender affirming twirling around the pole. So if you're queer and have always wanted to try Pole dancing, this is your chance! Grab your bestie and your sluttiest little shorts, and get your booty to class!! Wear: -SUPER short shorts (bikini bottoms, speedos or club wear are great!) -Any top you feel good in -Knee pads Bring: -Yoga mat -Water Bottle DO NOT WEAR: Jewelry or lotion
