NEW DATE! Join us on Saturday, 7/25! We started this series in Astoria Park, and I'm excited to bring Sunset Power Yoga to 31st Ave Open Streets this summer! Please RSVP so we can plan headcount. This power vinyasa flow is designed to get your heart pumping, build a sweat, and feel like you’re dancing on the mat. Expect a fast-paced flow, intermediate postures (with modifications and options for all skill levels), and balance and core strength challenges. Open to all levels! This is a community-based class, so you're more than welcome to attend for free! Optional to donate via Venmo (@giselluna) or in person. Please arrive ~5 minutes early so class can start right at 6:30pm. Note: Photo and video may be captured at the event. These will be used across my social media accounts.
