Join us for an evening of relaxation, expansion, and creativity with a Sound Bath Meditation & Art Therapy workshop on Tuesday, April 8th from 7 PM - 9 PM at Reunify Yoga, Bacon Street location.
Together, we will ground down into our internal awareness with a guided sound meditation followed by an opportunity to unwind and release energy with art creation playtime.
This experience is designed to help you let go of stress, restore balance, and connect with your creativity and inner child.
