Captain your knowledge with Blue Ocean Title & SWCA Environmental Consultants by joining us for a class on Exploring Waterfront & Wetland Properties! This class will cover riparian rights and water access on navigational waterways and bays, permits and limitations on Coastal Construction Control Lines (CCCL), how nature impacts development with erosion and setback issues, compliance with environmental regulations, and disclosures, surveys, and red flags when selling waterfront property. Lunch will be provided from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM. Class will run from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM.
