Come gather with us for the opening of Re-Orienting, a group exhibition by eight NYC-based AANHPI artists exploring present identity/generational memory, and celebrating the vast, complicated ways of existing as Asian American individuals. 🫶❤️‍🔥 This show is our loving offering to push against the increasing brandification of Asian diasporas - gently adding depth to ‘stinky lunchbox traumas’ while firmly rolling our eyes at ‘chinamaxxing.’ 😂😐☝️ Re-Orienting is an intimate space to honor and sit with the many stories of being an AANHPI, and recognize pieces of yourself while learning about entirely new ways of being. 🫀 All are welcome!! Whether you’re part of this community or just curious and open-hearted... come as you are. 🌸 Featuring work by: Camila Lim-Hing, Gavin Li, Vickie J. Lin, Radhia Rahman, Helene K.
