Reduce pain and improve alignment and movement with scoliosis. This class is for individuals with scoliosis or anyone who wants to learn how to better support a loved one with scoliosis. You’ll learn how to train for improved alignment, reduce asymmetrical strain, and build strength that supports spinal function. Each session applies biomechanics-based training to create more balanced movement and long-term stability.
