Who This Is For
This is not a typical hackathon.
It’s for a small group of builders who believe they can generate real alpha — but have never had access to the infrastructure to prove it.
For decades, running capital has been gated not by intelligence, but by access. Firms like Millennium Management and Citadel didn’t just hire talent — they built the machinery that turns a thesis into a managed investment operation.
That machinery is what Podium unlocks.
https://podium-finance.com/
Podium’s goal is simple:
Take the infrastructure stack of a multi-manager hedge fund and make it accessible to anyone with real edge.
We believe the next generation of strong PMs won’t come exclusively from traditional pipelines. They will come from people who already operate in complex, feedback-driven systems — but have never had the opportunity to run capital.
We’re looking for a very specific type of participant:
The founder who understands systems, feedback loops, and compounding — and sees markets as another system to model
The domain expert who knows something the market doesn’t fully price — from energy to healthcare to supply chains
The quantitative builder who can translate ideas into models, agents, or decision frameworks
The emerging PM who has the thesis, but not the $50M AUM or institutional backing
You don’t need pedigree. You don’t need a fund.
The industry over-indexes on pedigree because it has historically been the only reliable filter.
But pedigree is a proxy — not the source — of alpha.
But you do need...
1) Common sense exceeding the average
2) Reasoning under uncertainty, and cutting through the noise
3) Extreme tenacity
This is not for spectators.
It’s for people who want to own their pipeline — from idea to execution to capital.
If you have edge, this is where you prove it.

While the kickoff will take place in New York during Tech Week, participation in the program is not limited by geography.
We are also opening this to a small number of remote participants who meet the same bar — builders who are serious about running strategies and iterating over time.
