This month we’re heading to Dolan Uyghur in Cleveland Park for one of the most shareable dinners yet. Uyghur food is a mix of Central Asian and Chinese flavors. Think hand-pulled noodles, cumin-heavy spices, savory kebabs, rich sauces, fluffy dumplings, and lots of spice without everything being super hot. If you love noodles, bread, grilled meats, or deeply comforting food, this is your night.
Also: an elite Supper Club option for vegetarians. There’s a huge variety of dishes and plenty to share across the table.
