NYC!! We're coming back to the Partiful office for another Expo AI meetup! Discover.... - Live demos from the Expo ecosystem - Shipping cross platform apps that feel native Open Mic Night The first half is lightning demos. Bring a 3-minute demo of anything you're building: a personal project, a startup, or anything Expo. Show it to the community, get feedback, find your first users, and see what everyone else is shipping. Want to demo? Have a 3-minute demo ready on your computer. Any stage is welcome, from rough prototype to launched app. After demos, we switch into build mode. Bring your laptop and work alongside other Expo devs as we gear up for Shipaton and Expo App Awards Expo App Awards: The Expo App Awards celebrate the best apps built with Expo. This fall, developers submit their live apps (on the App Store or Play Store) for a shot at categories like Expo App of the Year, Best Startup App, Best Indie App, Most Innovative, and Community Choice. Finalists get spotlighted across Expo's blog, socials, and newsletter, and winners are crowned at a livestream ceremony (past winners took home custom mechanical keyboards). Whatever you demo tonight could be your submission, so build it, ship it, and enter. Shipaton Hackathon: Shipaton (shipaton.com) is RevenueCat’s global mobile hackathon for builders who actually ship. From August 1 to September 30, developers around the world will build brand-new iOS, Android, or Mac apps, launch them to real app stores, and use RevenueCat to power their app’s monetization. This IRL meetup is a chance to connect with local builders, find teammates, get inspired, and start shipping together as part of the broader Shipaton community.
