There’s no movement—just deep relaxation as I lead you through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to calm your nervous system) 7:20-7:30- closing and opportunity to share What to Prepare: -Journal - Couch, bed, yoga mat or any comfortable surface to lie on - Blanket or extra layers to stay warm - Pillow or bolsters for support under your head and knees -An eye mask or something to cover your eyes (optional but recommended) We will gather in stillness together.
