🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🤍🩶🖤🩵🩷 FABULOUSLY FLOAT THE RUSSIAN RIVER! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🤍🩶🖤🩵🩷🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 Join us as we rekindle the annual tradition to float the Russian River around the time of the Lazy Bear Week in Sonoma County! 🏞️ HOW IT WORKS ⁉️ 1️⃣Get in the Russian River at Steelhead Beach (recommended entry point but there are others). 2️⃣Enjoy the ~ 1.5 hour to 3 hour-ish float. 3️⃣Get out at Sunset Beach (recommended exit point but there are others). 4️⃣Repeat, party, and/or go home! Because floating is a one-way trip, you will need to plan transportation to your starting vehicle. You can choose one of the following options. 1️⃣ The Multi-Car Method: Drive all group cars to the end point (Sunset Beach), leave one or two cars there, and pack everyone into the remaining cars to drive to the start point (Steelhead Beach). 2️⃣ The River Shuttle: If you don't want to use multiple cars, utilize the Regional Parks River Shuttle. Shuttles run every 30 minutes on weekends from 9am-6pm and holidays between El Molino High School (where you can park) and both Steelhead and Sunset beaches. Tickets are $5 for the day, but TICKETS SELL OUT QUICKLY SO GET YOURS NOW! 3️⃣Hoof it: (not recommended) walk the looooong journey from your exit point to your entry point with while lugging all of your river equipment.
