Snowbyrds is an Electronic Producer from Dallas Texas, who makes deconstructed Ambient Techno and IDM influenced music. Snowbyrds made his debut on VOIDWARE on the VOIDWARE006 compilation, and is a casual collaborator with Declan James (founder of VOIDWARE).
Ringo Deathstarr is a Texas-based band (originally formed in Beaumont in 2005 by Elliott Frazier, later based in Austin) that revives the early-'90s shoegaze/dream pop sound, blending noisy indie pop hooks, hazy guitar walls, and gauzy melodies in the vein of Ride, Medicine, and early Smashing Pumpkins.
Their discography shows consistent blown-out guitar-pop craftsmanship with minimal modern production:
- Started with the 2007 self-titled EP (SVC Records).
- Broke through with debut LP **Colour Trip** (2010, AC30).
- Followed by compilation **Sparkler** (2011), **Shadow** EP (2012), **Mauve** (2012), **God's Dream** EP (2013), **Pure Mood** (2015), and the self-titled album (2020).
Over time they evolved from faithful retro revival to incorporating lighter pop elements and deeper dream pop textures, while maintaining their heavy, effects-laden guitar core. The band remains active with occasional touring and lineup changes centered around Frazier.
Rohan Alyan, co-founder of Modern Art Theory and the Fractal Beach Music Festival, is a former University of Miami faculty member who has helped shape Miami’s underground music scene through a wide range of events and collaborations. Blending elements of funk, disco, deep house, and minimal deep-tech, Rohan Alyan’s sets are crafted to keep the dancefloor engaged with a sound that’s both soulful and distinctive.
