“Comedy In Harlem”, Manhattan’s only black owned comedy club announces its inaugural Sugar Hill Art Expo, a celebration of Afrocentric Art, Laughter & Joy on Sunday July 27, 2025 2pm-6pm. This unique stand up venue is elevating its mission to amplify marginalized and underrepresented artists by showcasing 10 emerging visual artists.
The Harlem artist, Trailblazer Moses Harper🎨, will unveil her latest art tribute to a legendary figure. She had the opportunity to meet and interview Tony Award winning actress & director, Phylicia Rashad 🤩, during a rehearsal of "Immediate Family", an upcoming play by Paul Stovall. Harper will be the headline artist during the inaugural Sugar Hill Art Expo, where she will unveil a portrait tribute of Ms. Rashad.
Uncutt Art, tasha douge’, Milya Izel, Awesum , Red, Randy, J'nell, and Logic will also showcase their mentally stimulating Artwork🎨🖼️. The Expo includes live performances, comedy, and an exceptional moment with Dontae Muse; Art Curator, Art Marketing Coach & Founder of the PayTheArtistClub.
