For whom will you throw roses? SONGWRITERS SHOWCASE: Songwriters (solo or duos) are performing one unreleased song each, immediately followed by a short talk-back with a panel of community artists. What popped off? What needs work? Banter expected. Good vibes only! YOU ARE PART OF THE SHOW: Audience members will get a handful of “roses” upon entry to throw on stage after their favorite performances. For whom will you throw roses? MONEY GOES TO THE ARTISTS: All profits (from ticket sales, etc.) are getting split among the performing and production artists involved in the show! Your attendance is supporting the art-making community of nyc! (Tickets available at the door as well.) WANT TO PERFORM? We are accepting sign-ups night-of and will pull a couple additional names out of a hat live to perform. Come early and sign up before 7:00pm for a chance to play. Original, unreleased music only, self-accompanied by keys or an instrument with a ¼ inch jack (guitar, mandolin, ukulele, etc).
