Many of us were taught to suppress anger. We wanted to be "good", so we pretended that we were "not an angry person". We stuffed it down, no matter what.
Or, some of us learned that anger is power, and got our way by having tantrums, making demands and trying to control people around us.
Each of us was born with a feeling heart.
The question is: What do you do with the energy and information of your anger?
Feelings and emotions are infinite inner resources for healing and creation.
