Join us for a deeply nourishing evening at The Absorption Company HQ, where movement meets magic. (includes Absorption Company product :))
We’ll begin with a spicy Pilates flow (45 min) designed to awaken your body and ignite your energy. From there, melt into a gentle sound healing journey (10 min), allowing the vibrations to soothe your nervous system and settle you into deep restoration.
Afterward, you’re invited to sweat it out in the sauna, a ritual to release, rejuvenate, and integrate. For those feeling called, Claire will also be offering intuitive oracle card readings to close the night with insight and intention.
