Join your neighbors for a walk to discuss bike connectivity for Mt Pleasant-Columbia Heights-Malcolm X Park. 🚲 Gather by the northeast corner of Rabaut Park, closest to Mt Pleasant St NW. The walk is being organized in partnership with ANC 1A, 1C, and 1D Commissioners and WABA. Invitees include DDOT, the Mayor’s office, Ward 1 Councilmember's office, Aparna Raj, & the Janeese Lewis George campaign team, among others. Together, we’ll discuss opportunities to improve safe biking connections between Mt Pleasant, the 15th St cycle track, and Columbia Heights. 📣 In the meantime, make your voice heard with our newly launched petition: https://waba.org/action-page/mount-pleasant-connect/ 🌮 After the walk (6:45pm ish), join us to eat and hang out at Don Juan in Mt P
