Sauna Sisterhood is a curated and intentional space for women in the sauna; A space for connection, shared conversation and open hearted emotional holding. Judgement free and inclusive.

These events are a textile free/clothing optional sauna experience. This not mandatory or required, but we invite you to experience ancient sauna in this way or draped with a towel. We welcome all bodies and expressions.

Light snacks and seasonal sun tea will be served at the sauna picnic table. Whisks, salt scrub and home curated sauna oil/hydrosols offered for use.
