Our friends F&O's Sloppy Joes, will be joining us at backbar to feature their offerings! RSVP for this event does not secure seating, but it is to help us gauge how much to prepare for the popup! A word from the brothers behind the concept, Fen & Oliver: -- Growing up, Sloppy Joes were a weeknight staple in our household. The recipe came from a super sophisticated, highly sought-after cookbook: Kids Cooking: A Very Slightly Messy Manual. The sandwich was delicious and despite the uber simplicity of it, there was an in-depth flavor profile that was salty, tangy, and sweet. Fast forward 25 years: armed with an updated recipe and a design concept reminiscent of past summers spent at camp, F&O’s Sloppy Joes—a fast casual concept—was born.
