Mia's & Pia's - 541-884-4880
3545 Summers Ln, Klamath Falls OR 97603
This place is fun! Mia's and Pia's introduces a lot of soon-to-be-famous acts to Klamath Falls. It's our friendly, small-town version of CBGB's. The place captures the warmth of Klamath Falls while delivering genuinely high-quality live music. It's quirky and a little chaotic, and full of friendly people. Bands love playing here because the crowd energy is so good.
The dance floor is a bit tight, and that makes it more fun. When a dance band is on, you'll see friends, families, newcomers, and kids all dancing together and having a blast. The house-brewed beer is good enough that people compete to get into the always-full mug club. While it's known as a pizzeria, the menu goes well beyond that, with corndogs, fish, spaghetti, salads, and more.
Check out the vibe in the videos linked below. (Notes: No purchase required. Please buy something though. Call for reservations if you expect to sit a lot)

Holus Bolus / Arthur Buezo: Based in Crescent City, California, Holus Bolus is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Tom Boylan, who has been performing and recording under this name since at least 2010. The act is described as a "One-Man-Psychedelic-Acoustiloop" show, with Boylan building songs live one layer at a time using an acoustic guitar, a small drum kit, and foot pedals, fusing acoustic grooves with psychedelic rock textures and modern looping technology. His sound has been described as acoustic-psychedelic groove-rock with a nod to 1970s psychedelia and contemporary jam band sensibilities. Boylan has released five recorded projects, including The Work Of The Ether (2010), Time Machine (2012), Possible Lives (2017), Live From The Western Edge (2020), and Elephant Road (2024), and has toured extensively throughout the West Coast and Pacific Northwest. Known for his self-described "Savage Folk" sound, Arthur Buezo blends raw emotion with folk, blues, and Americana influences. A one-man band who layers intricate guitar work, foot percussion, and resonant vocals, he crafts songs that feel both timeless and untamed. His lyrics explore travel, longing, and human resilience, delivered with an authenticity that bridges the traditional and the experimental. Each performance invites listeners into a deeply personal yet universally relatable musical journey.

The event takes place Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The first speaker, museum curator Matthew Voelkel, will present an introductory overview of the war. The second speaker is Dr. Marc James Carpenter, Associate Professor of History at the University of Jamestown in North Dakota. Carpenter earned his Ph.D. from the University of Oregon and is the author of The War on Illahee: Genocide, Complicity, and Cover-Ups in the Pioneer Northwest, published by Yale University Press in 2025.
