Join us at Here U Belong (HUB) for a lovely couple hours of gentle breathwork practices and a sound bath. HUB is a special community container and this space is perfect for coming to rest and relax your nervous system among friends. We’ll spend some time practicing breathwork before laying down to receive a guided body scan meditation and a beautiful sound bath. There is some squish available to share, but if you want anything special please BYO. Also if you feel called please bring snacks to share 🌸 Excited to see you there!
