KICK OFF SF Tech Week by building the legal and structural foundation investors expect. Most founders enter investor conversations assuming their company is structurally sound. Often, the first time they discover otherwise is during legal diligence. This session explores what investors and their counsel actually review before capital is deployed, where structural issues most commonly surface, and how founders can make informed decisions around ownership, equity, and governance from the outset. The event is intended to be hosted in person in San Francisco, with a virtual attendance option available for founders, investors, and operators joining from outside the Bay Area. Hosted by Ad Hoc Founders Counsel (Bagchi Law PC), advising founders on company formation, ownership structure, fundraising, governance, data and privacy, and corporate growth. Learn more at www.founderscounsel.law. This event is a part of #SFTechWeek, a week of events hosted by the top founders, funds, and companies to bring together the tech ecosystem.
