I’m hosting a small, private mixing masterclass at my studio, The Zendō, on August 21 from 10am to 4pm. This will be an intimate, hands-on day for intermediate to advanced mixers who want to go deeper into the craft, decision-making, mindset, and business of professional mixing. The application is open to everyone, but space is limited to 10 people, and I’ll be personally approving each RSVP to make sure the room is focused and valuable for everyone attending. We’ll spend the day going through some of my own mixes, breaking down the process behind a mix, answering questions, and reviewing participant mixes in the room. I’ll also be sharing some of the personal philosophies, business strategies, and practical thinking points that have shaped the way I work as a mixer. This is meant to be serious, but relaxed. A small group, a real studio environment, honest conversation, and practical feedback. Lunch will be provided. There is a $50 fee to help cover food, supplies, and the day itself. Because this is taking place in my private mixing studio, the location will only be shared with approved attendees.
