End of summer is near, and it feels like it’s all been a daze. So we thought August 29th would be perfect for SUMMER DAZE (Vol. 1?): a late summer celebration of rock, jam, and psychedelic music. Live on The Lot at Culture Lab LIC. We’re stoked to curate the full lineup, and we’re bringing two rad bands along: Local faves Yes Cats will kick things off with their funky, synthy, expressive brand of high-energy dancey punk. For golden hour we’ll have Riko and Whaler Collective: a Philly-based troupe of inter-frequency traveling entities, transmitting songs from the spirit realm. Then in the shadows of the skyline, Strangely Enough will play a deep, jammy set to help us savor the last moments of this sweet NYC summer. 5-10pm. All ages. No cover. More surprises TBA!
