Founding Gathering
Welcome to the very first gathering of The After Society.
The After Society is a recovery-first wellness community built around intentional movement, nourishment, and meaningful connection.
Before sharing it with the public, I wanted to share its first chapter with the people who have been part of my life first.
We often celebrate training, discipline, and performance. But we rarely celebrate the part that makes them sustainable.
Recovery.
Recovery isn’t simply resting. Sometimes it means slowing down after a busy week. Sometimes it means choosing a walk over another hard workout. Sometimes it means nourishing your body, sharing conversations, meeting new people, and enjoying the present moment.
We believe recovery is just as important as training.
This invitation-only Founding Gathering marks the beginning of The After Society and will bring together 50 founding guests for a thoughtfully curated morning of movement, recovery, and connection in Washington, D.C.
Everything is my treat. Your presence is the greatest gift I could ask for.
