Dara Harmon will be subbing for Sophia tonight!
She’s a certified circling/relatefulness facilitator with The Relateful Company. Dara’s been leading for 6 years or so, with a regular Sunday session at the Austin studio.
Each circle seems to develop its own culture over time and she’s excited to see what we create when we bring our cultures together. 💞

Circling is a space where we slow down enough to notice what is actually happening inside us and between us — and welcome it.
It is a practice of staying.
With sensation.

Through guided facilitation, we explore:
• what it feels like to express something vulnerable
• receiving someone else’s experience of you
• where we tense or contract
• what happens when we stay instead of withdraw
Circling can be tender.
