˜▾˜Feeling left out of another year of SF Pride's inaccessible events? 😅 You're not alone!
Join your disabled queer comrades for a chill, COVID-safer hang at the park sponsored by Visibility Drawing and Clean Air Network
Snacks, masks, and activities provided!
📆Schedule:
2pm - Picnic set up and arrival
2:30pm- Covid Safer Speed Connecting
4pm- Trans Figure Drawing Session
🏞️Location: Lake Temescal lawn area! Wheelchair accessible parking & bathroom is a short distance on a paved walkway, mostly flat.
📝What to bring:
-Notebook and pencil or pen for figure drawing
-Snacks/food/beverages to share. Please label any home made items with meat, dairy, or nuts so we can be mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions
-A blanket or towel to sit on
-A Mask! N95 or better is required when not eating or drinking
-Sunscreen- We will ideally have a shaded area but bring some in case the sun shifts
😷COVID safety:
-Reduce your possible exposure for four days leading up to the event please! This means avoiding crowded indoor spaces, wearing a N95 mask at all times in public or inside with anyone who's covid status is unknown
-Procide a negative covid molecular test day of event (OR) a negative covid rapid test the day before and day of
-Masks are required!!
-There will be a designated area for eating/drinking
*if you do not have access to rapids or a molecular test please contact Lauren at least one week beforehand*
