Join me for my Monthly session in beautiful Upstairs Studio at Evoken.
I begin with guiding you in a little embodied movement/stretching to tune into your body before you lie down for a short grounding meditation. Then you go deeper within as I gently guide you through 3 patterns of breath with the aide of massage, energy clearing, and tapping. Your journey continues in a soundscape of bowls, chimes, drums, vocals, and more before coming back into the space feeling renewed, lighter, and clearer.
Sharing over herbal tea and light snacks end the session.
iBelieve will also be there with π tea and chocolates for anyone interested.
