forward with courage, confidence, and personal power. Through resonant sound frequencies, gentle stretches, and guided meditation, we’ll create space to reconnect with your inner vitality and step more fully into your authentic strength.
Allow the tones to fan the flame of motivation, clarity, and inspired action.
✨ Tea & Social Time
After the sound journey, we’ll gather for tea from 8:15–8:30pm. Staying is highly encouraged — it’s a lovely moment to ground, connect, and share reflections with the community.
Please bring a small pillow and blanket for comfort. Tea is provided.
