BEVERAGES: Please feel free to bring your own beverages or bring your own water vessel to refill ARTIST BIOs JULES LEYHE: Jules Leyhe is an Oakland, California-based guitarist specializing in blues slide guitar. Leyhe has performed and recorded alongside some of the industry’s heavyweights, including Buddy Guy, Jimmie Vaughan, Chris Cain, Charlie Musselwhite, Fantastic Negrito, and Wyatt Flores. Premier Guitar goes so far as to say, “Leyhe plays the best blues slide licks since Derek Trucks, maybe even Duane Allman.” Leyhe has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including the San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics, Monster Jam, Pickup Music, Guitar Player Magazine, Premier Guitar Magazine, Vintage Guitar Magazine, SF Jazz, BottleRock Napa, Blue Note, Salesforce, South by Southwest, and more. Leyhe is dedicated to carrying the blues torch passed to him from mentors like Buddy Guy and is always working to push the limits of what slide guitar and the blues have to offer. GREG ROENSCH: Greg Roensch is a singer-songwriter, flash fiction and poetry writer, and maker of short poetry films. IndiePulse Music writes that Greg’s music “is inspiring, and it inspires one to think and sing along, maybe not out loud, but inward, in our own holy chorus, one where our inner angels and demons sing together in raptured disharmony.” Greg’s unique blend of songwriting and storytelling are on full display on his most recent release, “Rock-n-Roll Oasis: Live at Tiny Telephone” (featuring guitar virtuoso Jules Leyhe). One reviewer calls the live album “a stripped-down masterclass in storytelling... an Americana-tinged, classic rock-infused journey through poetry, melody, and raw emotion.” Learn more at gregroensch.com
